Shipping Information:

All orders with delivery within United States are shipped via UPS. UPS delivers on business weekdays (Monday-Friday). Fromuth Pickleball offers free ground shipping on orders of $75 or more within the continental United States. (Excludes all court equipment). 

• UPS Ground - 3-7 business days

UPS Ground shipping generally takes 3-7 business days in the contiguous 48 states. (Excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands)

• UPS Second Day Air - Weekday delivery ONLY (Monday-Friday)
• Second Day Air shipping costs are as follows: 
  •  $20 per box up to 1,7283 cubic inches
  •  Up to 10 lbs. per box

UPS delivers on business weekdays. If you place an order by 3:00 p.m. EST on a Friday, it will ship the same day. However, if you chose Second Day Air as your delivery method, you can expect your package to arrive on the following Tuesday at the earliest. UPS Second Day Air does not deliver on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Court Equipment Shipping Information:

All court equipment is excluded from the free ground shipping offer and the $20 UPS Second Day Air shipping cost. Court equipment shipping costs are based on a variety of factors including box dimensions and weight, and vary per order. International Shipping:

Fromuth Pickleball ships internationally via USPS Priority Mail International. All international orders, excluding court equipment, are subject to a flat rate fee of $60. If possible, we will reduce the $60 flat rate once actual shipping costs can be verified. Reduced shipping costs are not guaranteed. International shipping costs for court equipment may exceed the $60 flat rate due to box dimensions and weight. 

 

Delivery Information:

Fromuth Pickleball ships most orders from our warehouse in West Lawn, Pennsylvania. UPS Ground shipping generally takes 3-7 business days, but delivery days are not guaranteed. At our warehouse, your order is processed immediately. If an order is placed by 3:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday

Estimated UPS Ground Delivery times from our PA warehouse:

• Northeast  (PA, ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA) - 1-2 business days
• East/Southeast Coast thru Florida - 3 business days
• Midwest - 3-5 business days
• West Coast thru California - 5-7 business days
