Our commitment is to offer exceptional customer service and competitive pricing. If you find a lower price on an identical product from any website (excluding bidding sites like eBay), simply inform us, and we'll match it. Give our team a call at 610-894-7060 or email us at [email protected] with details of the lower price you found. Price match requests must be submitted with 24 hours of original purchase. To issue a price match, certain guidelines must be met based on the following conditions.

Please note:

• Price Match Promise applies to in-stock identical items in new condition: brand name, size, weight, color, quantity, and model number. Price Match excludes used, refurbished, or pre-owned items, or products available in bulk discounts or at wholesale prices.
  
• Price Match Promise applies to the pre-tax price. We will not override sales tax to match a competitor's price. 
• Price Match Promise applies to the price of the item prior to any shipping charges, handling fees, and/or processing fees. We currently offer free FedEx Ground shipping on orders of $75 or more. 
• Price Match Promise does not apply to competitor coupon offers or free gift with purchase deals.
• The matched price must come from a reputable U.S.-based company with verified authorization to sell the products they offer.
• We cannot match prices from foreign countries or companies in violation of supplier and vendor reseller agreements.
• We reserve the right to limit requests.
• We reserve the right to verify a competitor's advertised price and availability of the item. If Fromuth Pickleball is not able to verify the lower price, we may decline your request.
