Customer service from Fromuth was great, but I've been a little disappointed in the paddle. Within only 6 games the paddle has scratches on the face taking some of the finish/grit. This has happened playing indoors with indoor balls. I was under the assumption that the grit was part of the engineered material not just a painted finish. I play a lot of spin and the face has become slick only after about 30 games. Also noticed how dead the paddle is about an inch and a half to 2 inches from the outside edge. Disappointed due to this being more towards the intermediate players paddle for the price. Debating on contacting the manufacturer to see what their reaction is on the durability of this paddle.
