This is my first paddle. Coming from tennis, and racquet ball I think that I was a bit put off by the shape of most paddles on the market. I saw a video where an ambassador had one of these so I began to research it. I assumed that it would have a tight sweet spot, and it does. Not forgiving as a beginner paddle should be, but I figured that it would help me focus on solid strikes. I bought the mid weight version, and it really brings the heat on drives. Could use a little more finesse on resets, and dinks, but that is more likely my technique at this point. I've played about a dozen games with it, and like it more all the time. For intermediate players on up I think it's one to try. I would recommend it as a beginner paddle unless you're like me, being one that is willing to take their licks to progress.
