1. Measure the circumference of the of the thickest part of your calf.
2. Size up for less compression, size down for more compression.
3. Select your size based on chart below.

• Small: 10" - 13"
• Medium: 12" - 15"
• Large: 14" - 17"
• Extra Large: 16" - 19"
